Holcroft Lawyers is a Mildura-based firm serving clients across north-west Victoria and the Sunraysia district. We are growing our family law practice and are offering a genuinely flexible, fully remote role for an experienced family lawyer who wants meaningful work on their own terms.
The role
- Run your own caseload of parenting, property and divorce matters for clients in Mildura and district.
- Work entirely from home, 20 hours per week, with days and hours arranged to suit you.
- Travel to Mildura for court weeks (2-4 times a year), trials and key events where the matter warrants it. Reasonable travel and accommodation costs met by the firm.
- Help shape the practice, including building out our family law precedents and processes.
About you
- 4–7 years' post-admission experience with a substantial family law focus.
- Able to run files autonomously, with sound judgement about when to escalate.
- A current Australian practising certificate.
- A dedicated,
private home office suitable for confidential client work, a quiet separate workspace is essential.
- Reliable internet and confidence working remotely with a regional client base.
What we offer
- up to $70,000 plus superannuation for 20 hours per week, commensurate with experience (negotiable for the right candidate).
