Role Description The Finance Solutions Consultant is a full-time hybrid role based in the Greater Melbourne Area, with the flexibility to work part of the time from home. In this role, the consultant collaborates with Finance teams to understand business requirements, analyze current processes, and design fit-for-purpose cloud solutions for the Office of the CFO.

Day-to-day activities include conducting discovery workshops, configuring and demonstrating solutions, preparing and delivering product presentations, and supporting presales activities with the sales team. The consultant oversees implementation tasks such as requirements documentation, solution configuration, user training,



and support for go-live and post-implementation stabilization. The role also involves building strong client relationships, contributing to project planning, and providing ongoing advisory services to help customers optimize their finance systems and processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, assess business processes, and translate requirements into effective solution designs.
- Candidates should possess Consulting skills to facilitate workshops, gather requirements, advise Finance stakeholders, and communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to coordinate implementation tasks, manage timelines and deliverables, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with finance systems or cloud solutions for the Office of the CFO (e.g., ERP, EPM, CPM, or related platforms) is highly beneficial.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline are preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in hybrid and collaborative team environments.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a quick-paced, customer-focused consulting environment.
