BAR LETTERA as part of Citadines on Walker North Sydney, managed by The Ascott Limited, is now seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Food and Beverage Attendant - Casual Join us and bring your guest service expertise to a restaurant where tradition meets innovation!

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Delivering high-quality food and beverage service by preparing, presenting and serving items in line with company standards for taste, quality and timeliness
- Providing exceptional guest experiences through warm greetings, attentive service, and professional interactions that create a positive and memorable dining experience
- Maintaining operational efficiency by communicating effectively with team members, attending briefings, and ensuring smooth service during shifts
- Managing your designated section by maintaining cleanliness, organisation, equipment care, and reporting any issues, delays or stock concerns promptly
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures and legal requirements, including billing processes, RSA standards,



health and safety practices, and reporting incidents

To be successful in this role you must have:

- A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service with a friendly, professional and positive attitude
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced workplace
- Sound knowledge of food and beverage operations, including product knowledge and safe service of alcohol (valid RSA required)
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and time management skills to maintain high standards and efficiency during service
- An understanding of workplace safety, hygiene practices and company policies, with the ability to follow procedures and contribute to a safe environment
