Sixteen Hair & Beauty is a premium salon on Lathlain Place, ten minutes from the city. We have been around for over a decade and in March 2026 we expanded into our dream hair and beauty salon. We are growing and we are looking for four people. Read the role that fits you and get in touch.

Front of House / Salon Coordinator- Full Time/ Part Time/ Casual

Part time to start, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and full time for the right person.

This is the role that keeps the salon running smoothly every single day, and we want someone who wants to grow into helping us run it. You are the first face our clients see and the one who keeps the floor moving. You need customer service experience, you are great under pressure, and you are kind and caring but firm when it counts.



Things come up in a salon every day and you are the person who sorts them, so the girls can stay on their clients.

Starting mid October.

Senior Stylist: Full time/ part time.

Available weekends or late nights

You have the skills, you can take feedback without taking it personally, and you do the hair the client wants, not the hair you want to do on her. Colour and cutting across the board, extensions a bonus. Weekly commission above target, monthly training, and a salon that backs you.

Beauty Therapist

Employed or renting, we are open to either. A beautiful beauty room ready to go. Bring your own clients or build here, salon clients come through the door every day.

Apprentice

First year, or early second year with no more than eight months in. You are reliable, you show up ready, you want to learn and you are not above the basics. We will teach you the rest.
