4 Seasons Laksa is looking for a friendly, reliable and hardworking individual to join our team in Moorabbin.

As a Front-of-House team member, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for our customers while helping ensure the restaurant operates smoothly during busy service periods.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide friendly, attentive service
- Take customer orders accurately
- Process cash and EFTPOS payments and handle transactions accurately
- Prepare and package takeaway orders
- Serve food and drinks to customers
- Assist customers with menu questions, dietary requirements and general enquiries
- Monitor tables and maintain a clean, organised dining area
- Clear and reset tables during service
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Restock FOH supplies, packaging and condiments
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally
- Support other team members during busy periods and assist with general restaurant duties as required

What We're Looking For:
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred, but not essential
- Familiarity with Malaysian/Singaporean cuisine is preferred, but not essential




- Friendly and approachable personality
- Strong English communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual and responsible
- Able to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable handling cash and using POS systems
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- High standards of cleanliness and personal presentation

Availability: We are looking for someone who can work weekday and/or weekend shifts, including during busy lunch and dinner periods.

Flexible availability is highly regarded.
