SAA & BATTERY TEAM LEADER PAY & VEHICLE STRUCTURE

TEAM LEADER – NEW TO SOLAR

$55/hr + Super + Performance Bonus

For experienced team leader electricians who’re keen to earn their SAA accreditations within the first three months of employment and ready to learn alongside our experienced crew about all things solar.

Vehicle allocation:

- Travel allowance
- Installation vehicle allocated as required for crew operations

You’ll receive support from our Installation Manager and experienced Team Leaders while you develop your leadership, planning and crew-management skills.

TEAM LEADER – NEW TO LEADERSHIP

$60/hr + Super + Performance Bonus

For SAA-accredited electricians ready to step into their first Team Leader position.

Vehicle allocation:

- Take-home company van
- Installation vehicle/trailer allocated as required for crew operations

You’ll receive support from our Installation Manager and experienced Team Leaders while you develop your leadership, planning and crew-management skills.

EXPERIENCED TEAM LEADER – 2+ YEARS

$65/hr + Super + Performance Bonus

For experienced Solar & Battery Team Leaders with approximately 2+ years leading installation crews .

Vehicle allocation:

- Allocated take-home company ute
- Installation truck/crew vehicle available for daily crew operations

You’ll have greater ownership of crew performance, job delivery, quality,



productivity and apprentice development.

SENIOR TEAM LEADER – 3+ YEARS

$70+/hr + Super + Performance Bonus

For highly experienced SAA-accredited Team Leaders with 3+ years of demonstrated solar and battery leadership experience .

Remuneration above $70/hr may be considered based on experience, technical capability and leadership record.

Vehicle allocation:

- Allocated take-home company ute
- Dedicated installation truck/crew vehicle for operational use

Senior Team Leaders are expected to set the standard across workmanship, safety, productivity and crew development and may assist in mentoring newer Team Leaders.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

- Leading solar and battery installation crews
- Taking ownership of jobs from warehouse load-out through to commissioning
- Residential and commercial solar PV installations
- Battery installations
- Switchboard and associated electrical works
- Testing and commissioning
- Fault finding
- Managing installation quality and compliance
- Leading and developing electricians and apprentices
- Ensuring SWMS, compliance documentation and site records are completed correctly
- Managing customer communication on site




- Working closely with our Installation Manager, Operations Team and Warehouse

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You’ll need:

- Unrestricted NSW Electrical Licence
- Current SAA accreditation
- Solar installation experience
- Battery installation experience
- Current driver’s licence
- Strong understanding of electrical and solar compliance
- Excellent workmanship
- Strong safety standards
- Good communication
- Ability to lead and develop a crew

Previous Team Leader experience will determine where you enter our structure.
