Manage 2–3 subordinates; report to the Group’s Global Head of Legal.
Work locations: Netherlands and Australia.
Scope of work includes, but is not limited to: global legal affairs, trade sanctions-related matters, and negotiations with labor unions.
Requirements
1. Proficiency in English as a daily working language; must have the legal right to work in the Netherlands or Australia (visa sponsorship is not guaranteed).
2. 5+ years of experience in large multinational corporations; experience in the FMCG (Rapid-Moving Consumer Goods) sector is preferred, though experience in physical manufacturing is also acceptable.
3. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law.
4. Preferred qualifications: Chinese heritage, Chinese language proficiency, and experience working for Chinese-funded enterprises.
Responsibilities Guided by the company's business development needs,
comprehensively oversee legal affairs and safeguard the company's legitimate rights and interests. Core responsibilities include:
1. Establishing and refining a legal risk prevention system aligned with the company's development strategy and departmental planning;
2. Providing legal support for major corporate decisions, significant transactions, and key projects;
3. Managing litigation, arbitration, and non-litigation legal matters;
4. Conducting research on laws and regulations, identifying legal risks, and providing compliance advice;
5. Providing legal support regarding labor/employment matters and labor union relations;
6. Handling other significant legal matters.
