You’ll be joining a collaborative and engaged team of 140+ people based in our Melbourne HQ - think onsite badminton courts, weekly fitness classes, end of trip facilities and sweeping 26th floor views.

What You'll Be Doing

- Develop and execute RedZed's product and pricing strategy, ensuring our lending solutions remain competitive and aligned to business goals.
- Own the product lifecycle end-to-end, from identifying opportunities through to implementation and optimisation.
- Build and own a strategic product roadmap that balances customer needs, growth opportunities, risk and commercial outcomes.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and portfolio performance to identify opportunities and inform recommendations.
- Lead pricing governance and decision-making to support sustainable growth and profitability.
- Partner with Sales, Credit, Operations, Risk, Treasury and Technology teams to deliver strategic initiatives and product enhancements.
- Present recommendations and business cases to senior leaders, influencing decision-making through insight and commercial judgement.
- Drive continuous improvement across products, policies and processes.

About You





You're a commercially minded product leader who enjoys turning insight into action. You don't just analyse the market, you identify opportunities, make recommendations and help shape business strategy. You're equally comfortable thinking strategically, developing a roadmap and rolling up your sleeves to deliver outcomes.

With extensive experience in lending and product management, you understand what drives growth, customer value and commercial success. You've developed and led product initiatives, influenced pricing decisions and confidently navigate complex stakeholder environments. You're comfortable engaging with senior leaders, challenging thinking when needed and bringing others on the journey.

Most importantly, you're curious, proactive and take ownership. You follow through on commitments, back your judgement and thrive in environments where you have the opportunity to create, influence and make a genuine impact.
