The Role We are seeking a Casual Medical Record Clerk to assist with a dedicated health record culling project. The role will focus on reviewing, sorting, sentencing and preparing inactive medical records for disposal in accordance with the State Records Act and approved retention and disposal authorities.

The successful applicant will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and an understanding of confidential record management practices. While the primary focus of the role is health record culling activities,



the successful applicant may also be required to undertake other health information and medical record management duties as directed by the Manager to support operational requirements.
