What we pay
- Minimum $47.29 per hour (Level 3 qualified, casual rate), which is $2/hr above the SCHADS Award
- Penalty rates for weekends, evenings and public holidays
- Annual bonus and referral bonus
Where you'll work
We service the whole Gold Coast, and you choose which suburbs you want to travel to.
What you'll do
- Personal care: showering, dressing, grooming, toileting and medication prompts
- Social support: outings to the shops, bank, café or a walk
- Transport: taking clients to medical appointments and respite
- Domestic assistance: light cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
- Respite care: giving family carers a break
- Watching for changes in client wellbeing, reporting them, and writing visit notes in our mobile app
What you'll need
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or Home & Community Care
- Current First Aid and CPR, or willingness to get them before starting
- National Police Check (NDIS Worker Screening Check highly regarded)
- Driver's licence and a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
- Smartphone with internet access
- Australian work rights
