About the Role

We're looking for experienced, energetic Hospitality All-rounders to join our award-winning team at CSi Club Southport. You'll work across our bars, TAB, Keno and gaming room, so no two shifts are the same. This role suits someone who loves variety, thrives in a busy venue and takes pride in giving every guest a great experience.

What you'll be doing

Bars

- Preparing and serving beer, wine, spirits, cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks to a high standard
- Keeping bars clean, stocked and presentable, including glass collection and restocking
- Serving alcohol responsibly and in line with licensing requirements

TAB & Keno

- Processing TAB and Keno bets, payouts and enquiries accurately
- Helping guests with betting options, results and terminals
- Keeping the TAB and Keno areas tidy, welcoming and running smoothly

Gaming

- Providing attentive, friendly service on the gaming floor, including drinks and light refreshments
- Assisting with cash handling, payouts and loyalty program support
- Practising responsible gambling and keeping the gaming room compliant with all regulations

Across the venue

- Building rapport with members and guests to create memorable experiences
- Accurate cash handling, balancing and end-of-shift procedures
- Working closely with the wider club team to keep daily operations running smoothly

What we're looking for

- Previous bar and/or gaming experience in a large, fast-paced venue
- TAB and Keno experience highly regarded, with training provided for the right person
- Confident,



friendly and engaging customer service skills
- Strong cash handling skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and move between areas during busy periods
- Availability across day, night, weekend and split shifts
- A reliable, motivated and well-presented team player
- Current RSA and RSG certificates (or obtained before commencement)
- CLO highly regarded
