ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Tower Hotel Melbourne is seeking reliable, motivated and customer-focused candidates to join our hospitality team. We have multiple full-time opportunities available across different areas of hotel operations.

Successful candidates will work in a professional hospitality environment and will receive appropriate training where applicable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:

Welcoming and assisting hotel guests.

Providing professional customer service.

Handling guest enquiries and requests.

Cleaning and preparing guest rooms and hotel areas.

Taking and serving food and beverage orders.

Assisting with food preparation and kitchen operations.

Delivering food and beverages to guest rooms.

Sorting, washing, drying and preparing hotel linen.

Maintaining clean, safe and welcoming hotel facilities.

Working with housekeeping, reception, kitchen and other hotel departments.

Following hotel hygiene, health, safety and workplace procedures.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be 18 years or older.

Basic English communication skills.

Previous hospitality, hotel, cleaning, customer-service or related experience is an advantage, depending on the position.

Training may be provided where applicable.

Reliable and professional attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Valid passport for applicants applying from overseas.
