We are looking for a reliable and experienced HR / HC Truck Driver & Forklift Operator to join our growing transport and logistics operation.

This is a varied, hands-on role combining truck driving, forklift operation, yard duties and freight handling, so no two days are exactly the same.

About the Role

Working as part of our Warehouse and Transport teams, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of freight across our operations.

Duties / Responsibilities

- Operate HR / HC vehicles for local deliveries, collections and transfers
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently
- Operate forklifts to load, unload and position freight
- Assist with container loading/unloading and general yard duties
- Complete pre-start checks and reporting any vehicle or equipment issues
- Ensure loads are secured correctly and transported safely
- Complete required delivery and transport documentation
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment
- Provide professional service to customers and other stakeholders
- Work closely with Warehouse and Transport teams to keep freight moving efficiently

About You

- Current HR or HC licence holder
- Current Forklift Licence (LF)
- Experienced in truck driving and forklift operations
- Safety-focused with a strong understanding of load restraint and safe work practices
- Reliable, punctual and well presented
- Physically capable of undertaking manual handling and freight duties




- Able to work independently while also contributing to a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced transport and logistics environment
- A good communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
- Committed to providing a high level of customer service

Previous experience in transport, freight, warehousing, container handling or distribution will be highly regarded.
