At Munro Footwear Group (MFG), we're looking for a Graduate Integration Engineer to join our Technology team and kick-start their career in integration engineering.

Working alongside our experienced Data Engineering team, you'll get exposure to real business systems and integrations from day one, learning how to build, test and support the technology that connects key areas of our business, including ERP, eCommerce, finance and merchandise.

You'll gain hands-on experience with Boomi, Microsoft Azure, APIs, SQL and DevOps, while developing highly transferable skills across integration, cloud and software engineering. As your technical capability and confidence grow, you'll have the opportunity to take greater ownership and contribute to the technology behind a large, multi-brand retail business.

The role

- Assist with developing and maintaining integrations between business applications
- Learn to develop and support integration processes using Boomi and Azure
- Write and troubleshoot SQL queries to support integrations and data flows
- Assist with data mapping, transformation and validation between systems
- Support the testing and deployment of current integrations and system changes
- Monitor integrations and help investigate and resolve errors or production issues
- Learn how real-time, event-driven and scheduled integrations work
- Use Git, Azure DevOps and CI/CD processes to support testing and deployments
- Work with Engineers, Business Analysts and Project Managers to understand requirements and develop solutions
- Create clear technical documentation and contribute ideas for continuous improvement

About You

- A recent qualification in Information Technology,



Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline
- An understanding of software development fundamentals
- Some experience with SQL and databases through university, projects, internships or work experience
- A basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON or system-to-system integrations.
- Exposure to a programming or scripting language such as JavaScript, Python or Java
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure, Boomi, Git, Azure DevOps or CI/CD would be great, but isn't essential; we'll help you develop these skills
