About the role The Interior Designer role is based in Richmond, Victoria, reporting to the Founder. You will assist with creating high-quality room designs while supporting the Founder and Sales & Marketing Director with administration duties. The role combines design, sales, and administrative responsibilities, with an initial focus of 70% Design & Sales work, 20% Admin, and 10% other ad hoc tasks. The role includes a company car.
Key responsibilities
- Creating technical designs in Revit (bathrooms, kitchens, laundries etc)
- Preparing project and finishes schedules
- Fittings & fixtures selections
- Drafting plans & elevations
- Presenting designs back to clients in the Indulge showroom
- Taking clients through product selection (at the Indulge & supplier showrooms)
- Taking inbound enquiries (leads)
- In home consultations with clients
- Preparing detailed quotations and concept floor plans
- Data entry into Hubspot CRM and contract administration
About you
- Interior Design qualified
- Proficiency with Revit, Hubspot, Gmail, Slack, and Google Drive
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Resilience and ability to cope under high pressure situations
- Ability to take on feedback and handle responsibility from start to finish
- Passion for learning and improving knowledge & skills
- Flexibility to change as the role evolves over time
