The role:

- Maintain a clean, safe and organised kitchen environment
- Support the kitchen team with food preparation and general kitchen duties
- Operate and maintain dishwashing facilities and kitchen equipment
- Complete general kitchen wash-up, including dishes, floors, walls, benches and equipment
- Deep clean and organise fridges, freezers and storerooms in line with food safety and hygiene standards

Your experience :

- Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand (around 1 year preferred) in a commercial kitchen




- Reliable and able to commit to rostered shifts based on your availability
- A positive understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen and staying on top of the details
- A positive team player with clear communication skills
- Takes pride in keeping kitchen areas clean, organised and hygienic
- Happy to jump in with dishwashing, waste disposal and basic stock rotation
