Larder Chef – Full Time | Gemelli Italian James Street

We are looking for an experienced Larder Chef to join our kitchen team at Gemelli Italian James Street. You’ll play an important role in delivering the quality and consistency Gemelli is known for, working as part of a busy, well-established kitchen team.

This is a full-time position with an immediate start available for the right person.

You’ll be

- Managing and preparing the larder section to a high standard
- Maintaining consistency, presentation and quality throughout service
- Ensuring your section is organised, prepped and ready for service
- Working closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team
- Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Contributing to a positive, efficient and supportive kitchen culture

You are





- Experienced in a larder, Chef de Partie or similar kitchen position
- Confident working in a busy, rapid-paced restaurant
- Organised and calm during service
- Reliable and able to work as part of a team
- Someone who takes pride in the food they produce
- Passionate about maintaining high standards and consistency
- Available for a flexible full-time roster, including weekends
