Momentum is looking for a Medical Administration Officer to work in our Funding Approvals team and Front of House. We provide rehabilitation support to clients with injuries and disabilities and specialise in the manufacture and fitting of medical bracing, prosthetic limbs, complex Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Exercise Physiology.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Acquiring funding approval for our clients

- Data entry and maintenance of a client database

- Managing and answering telephone and email enquiries





- Supporting a team of clinical care providers

- Raising bills and invoices

This role is available for an immediate start, with preference for full time hours, between Monday - Friday. We are seeking to fill 1 full time position. This role will work predominantly at our Bruce location.

Prior experience working in an allied health or medical setting is preferred.
