Medical Receptionist - Nedlands
Do you thrive in a fast-paced specialist medical environment where no two days are the same?
Are you an experienced Medical Receptionist who takes pride in delivering exceptional patient experiences while confidently coordinating busy specialists, diagnostic services, and complex scheduling requirements?
Clinical Integration Solutions Group (CIS Group) is one of Australia's leading specialist healthcare organisations, encompassing Cardio Vascular Services (CVS), Cardio Respiratory Sleep (CRS), Cardio Metabolic Services (CMS), and Canopy Clinical Psychology. You will be able to work independently but always within a team and your flexibility and willingness to help out and to do what is required to be done will contribute to your success in this role.

- Respond to high volumes of telephone, email, and referral enquiries.
- Triage requests and manage competing priorities efficiently.
- Coordinate procedural bookings and hospital appointments where required.
- Contribute to workflow improvements and support colleagues across the broader administration team.
Essential:
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in medical reception, specialist practice, or healthcare administration.
- Proven experience managing demanding workloads and competing priorities.
- Exceptional patient service and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Excellent computer and keyboard skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Current Driver's Licence.
Highly Regarded:
- Experience within cardiology, respiratory medicine, sleep medicine, specialist consulting, diagnostic imaging, or hospital administration.
- Experience with Medicare billing and specialist practice management software.
- Experience coordinating complex specialist appointments or procedural bookings
What's on offer?
- A secure career with a high quality national organisation
- Competitive salary + super + uniform
- Genuine opportunities for career development and progression
- Monday to Friday hours for work life balance
