Qualifications

- Background in urban design, landscape architecture, architecture, or environmental planning, with a commitment to ecological sustainability and public realm design.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in skilled services or creative industries, including mentoring and supporting executive teams.
- Understanding of regulatory, legal, and compliance frameworks relevant to design and construction projects.
- Ability to contribute an independent perspective, exercise sound judgment, and uphold ethical standards in all board activities.
- Previous board or advisory committee experience and relevant tertiary qualifications are highly regarded.
