Are you someone who genuinely enjoys helping people? We're looking for a Member Service Officer to join our friendly team in Forbes. This is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our members, support their everyday banking needs and make a real difference in the local community.

What you'll do

- Be the friendly face our members know and trust
- Assist with everyday banking, transactions and enquiries
- Build strong, genuine member relationships
- Identify products and services that can help our members
- Solve problems and deliver exceptional service
- Work as part of a supportive, collaborative team

What we're looking for A people person who enjoys providing great service and making things happen. You’ll ideally have experience in customer service, retail, banking or a similar role, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
