About the Role

As a supervisor, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, blending your leadership skills with technical expertise to manage teams, equipment, and processes. What We’re Looking For:

- Proven supervisory experience in industries such as FMCG, construction, or heavy industry (No mining experience? No worries! We'll teach you everything you need to know).
- Trade qualified
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance.
- A commitment to safety and best practices in operational environments.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, solution-focused environment.
