We are currently looking for a highly skilled Mining Supervisor to lead and support our frontline workforce in the Goldfields. This permanent role is ideal for a proactive leader who is passionate about safety, operational performance, and developing high-performing teams.

As Mining Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in leading frontline crews and driving operational success. You'll be responsible for delivering protected and productive mining outcomes, developing and supporting your team, and championing a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence across site.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Lead and coordinate daily mining operations to ensure production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Maximise equipment performance, workforce productivity, and operational efficiency to deliver optimal results.
- Monitor and analyse production performance, identifying opportunities to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Proactively manage operational challenges, equipment downtime, and site risks to minimise disruptions and maintain productivity.
- Inspire, mentor, and develop frontline teams, fostering a strong safety culture and high-performance environment.
- Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory requirements, maintaining the highest standards across all activities.




- Prepare accurate shift, production, and incident reports while building strong working relationships with key stakeholders.

Our Criteria | Your Skills:

- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with impact and influence in a concise and clear manner.
- Display energy and enthusiasm for P&E; and its goals.
- Proven professional expertise and technical understanding of mining industries and operations.
- Demonstrate behaviours aligned with safety best practices, along with an established understanding and knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation.
- Proven experience in a similar role for at least 3+ years.

What We Require:

- Current Drivers License (Essential).
- Statutory Mining Supervisors Course - S26 (Essential)
- A genuine commitment to safety and applying safe-working practices.
- The ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Demonstrated experience in driving heavy bulk vehicles.
