Join Monadelphous' Workforce Management team and play a key role in supporting our Mining & Minerals operations across Western Australia. We are seeking Mobilisation Officers and Mobilisation Coordinators to join our Perth-based team, supporting a diverse portfolio of projects and clients.

Reporting to a Workforce Team Lead, you will work closely with site teams, project stakeholders, and employees to coordinate mobilisation activities, maintain workforce compliance, and ensure operational requirements are met. With opportunities available across several teams and projects, this role offers variety, development opportunities, and the chance to contribute to the successful delivery of major resources projects.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity, based at our Victoria Park Head Office

What you’ll bring

2-5 years' experience in a mobilisation, site or project administration role within the resources sector.

Client systems experience such as SAP, INX, SuccessFactors and Enable are essential

Proof of right to work in Australia

Experience in monitoring mobilisation compliance and requirements e.g. booking medicals, trainings, PPE, site inductions and entry etc.

Ability to work closely with site representatives and management team to offer a seamless onboarding and mobilisation process to our employees

Excellent time management skills and your flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills

Advanced computer literacy,



particularly with the use of the Microsoft Office suite

Strong problem-solving ability and a team focused mentality

- Ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines
