About the Role The Multimedia Specialist / Multimedia Designer will be responsible for planning, designing and producing engaging multimedia content across our digital platforms.

Working closely with management, healthcare practitioners and other team members, you will transform information about our healthcare services, patient education and community initiatives into professional and accessible digital content.

This is a full-time position suitable for a creative professional with strong multimedia design, digital content production and visual communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Consult with management and relevant stakeholders to determine multimedia communication objectives and requirements.
- Develop creative concepts, layouts, storyboards and multimedia design solutions.
- Design and produce multimedia content combining graphics, images, text, animation, video and audio.
- Create and maintain engaging multimedia content for the group's websites and digital platforms.
- Produce video and animated content introducing healthcare services, practitioners and patient information.
- Design digital patient-education and health-awareness materials.
- Develop visual and multimedia content for social media and online communication channels.
- Create appropriate English and Chinese digital layouts and visual materials for our diverse patient community.
- Edit photographs, video, graphics and other digital assets for online publication.
- Develop multimedia materials for health campaigns, new services, clinic announcements and community engagement.




- Ensure consistency in visual identity and multimedia presentation across the group's three medical clinics.
- Recommend appropriate multimedia formats and technologies for different communication requirements.
- Prepare final design specifications and multimedia assets for publication and distribution.
- Maintain and organise the group's multimedia and digital asset library.
- Review existing digital materials and recommend improvements to user experience, presentation and accessibility.

Skills and Experience The successful applicant will ideally have:

- A relevant qualification in Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Interactive Media, Graphic Design or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated professional experience in multimedia design and digital content production.
- Strong skills in graphic design, video editing, animation and digital media production.
- Experience with industry-standard multimedia and design software.
- Understanding of website content, responsive digital design and online user experience.
- Strong visual communication and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple multimedia projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience producing content for culturally and linguistically diverse audiences will be highly regarded.
- Experience in healthcare, medical, allied health or other qualified-service environments will be advantageous.

Pay: $65,641.31 – $74,232.96 per year
