Key responsibilities will include
- Customer Portal and Reporting Manage customer portal access, governance and compliance with Indara’s processes and policies, enabling appropriate customer access while protecting Indara’s information. Implement and maintain reporting and dashboards that provide customers with current application updates.
- Colocation Applications and Revenue Provide governance over the the colocation journey, continually improving processes to deliver efficient customer outcomes and generate one-off and lease-up revenue for Indara.
- Customer Activity Lifecycle Develop and implement end-to-end processes for customer installations, from application through to completion and handover.
- Site Access and Permits Ensure customers and vendors comply with site access and permit requirements for all application-related activities.
- Installation Quality and Asset Assurance Oversee customer installation quality, design and as-built compliance, equipment portfolio quality, and the identification, investigation, prioritisation and closure of defects and non-conformances, ensuring corrective actions are assigned, tracked to completion and used to prevent recurrence.
- Customer Equipment Register and Data Integrity Implement and maintain accurate, current customer equipment records and safeguard the integrity of portfolio data.
- Customer Service and Stakeholder Engagement Deliver clear customer reporting and effective service outcomes. Lead internal forums to improve cross-functional collaboration and the quality of customer solutions. Meet regularly with customers to provide updates and resolve complex site issues.
- Team Performance and Operational KPIs Monitor team performance and operational KPIs, addressing issues and driving a high performance team and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Revenue Milestones and Billing Ensure revenue milestones are accurately and promptly recorded in relevant systems to support timely customer billing.
- Site 360 Systems and Tools Develop and implement the systems and tools required to support the Site 360 project.

About You
Capabilities This role requires an experienced leader who can translate enterprise priorities into nationally consistent delivery, exercise sound commercial and technical judgement, and influence outcomes across customers, functions and partners.
- Enterprise and strategic leadership: Defines the national approach for colocation and quality assurance, aligning service, asset integrity, customer and revenue priorities with Indara’s broader strategy.
- Commercial and portfolio judgement: Evaluates complex operational and customer matters through commercial, risk and whole-of-portfolio lenses; makes defensible trade-offs and escalates matters with clear recommendations.
- Governance and assurance: Establishes decision rights, controls, service standards and assurance frameworks that deliver nationally consistent outcomes, protect asset and data integrity, and support contractual and regulatory compliance.
- Senior stakeholder and customer influence: Builds credibility with senior customer and internal leaders, resolves competing priorities and complex escalations, and influences cross-functional decisions without relying solely on formal authority.
- Performance and value leadership: Owns a national performance framework spanning customer experience, cycle time, quality, risk, revenue enablement and cost effectiveness; uses insights to intervene early and improve portfolio outcomes.
- Transformation and systems leadership: Leads the design and adoption of scalable processes, data, systems and tools, including Site 360 capabilities, to improve transparency, productivity and customer outcomes.
- Accountable Leadership: Sets direction, builds capability and establishes accountability across a multidisciplinary team, enabling leaders and specialists to make effective decisions within clear guardrails.
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
Essential Experience
- 10+ years' experience in telecommunications, infrastructure operations, construction, engineering or asset management, including experience operating across a national or multi-region workplace.
- Site Acquisition Environment Design (SAED) experience for upgrades or new telecommunication sites and infrastructure, with strong working knowledge of customer installation lifecycles, site access and asset data requirements.
- Experience managing customer-facing operational teams or multidisciplinary specialists, including setting priorities, coaching capability and establishing clear accountability.
- Experience managing workflow, service delivery and quality assurance programs, including establishing operational governance, service standards, controls and performance measures.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure and customer installation processes.
- Proven stakeholder management and customer relationship skills, with experience influencing senior customers and cross-functional leaders and resolving complex escalations.
- Well developed analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to balance commercial, technical, service and risk considerations.
- Strong reporting skills suitable for customer and internal reporting, including presenting operational insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Demonstrated experience delivering process, systems or technology-enabled improvement within an operational environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to innovation, continuous improvement and learning from experience.
