Working closely with management and our support team, you will maintain compliance documentation, coordinate staff records and onboarding and keep day-to-day office administration running smoothly. You will take ownership of your work, manage competing priorities and contribute to continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain participant intake records, service agreements, risk assessments and other required documentation.
- Support compliance with the NDIS Practice Standards and relevant requirements, including preparations for internal reviews, external audits and registration renewals.
- Maintain incident, complaints and feedback registers, escalate matters promptly and identify opportunities to improve processes.
- Maintain employee compliance records, including NDIS Worker Screening Checks, Working with Children Checks and required qualifications or certifications.
- Track expiry dates, follow up missing documentation and help ensure required checks are in place before staff undertake relevant duties.
- Coordinate onboarding administration, employment paperwork and mandatory training records.
- Keep participant information and service documentation accurate in our management systems.
- Respond professionally to calls, emails and enquiries from participants,
families and external stakeholders.
- Support management with correspondence, records and general office administration while protecting confidential information.
About you
- Experience in NDIS or disability-sector administration and a working understanding of NDIS compliance requirements.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail, communication skills and discretion with confidential information.
- Confidence with Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping; ShiftCare or similar software experience is desirable.
- An NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain them.
