Our reputation is built on consistency, punctuality and quality. Every night, our Bakery Packing Team plays a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exactly what they ordered — sliced correctly, packed accurately, and ready for delivery.

About the Role
This is a fast-paced, hands-on position requiring focus and accuracy.
You will be responsible for:
- Operating bread slicing equipment
- Slicing products to correct specifications
- Accurately packing bread and pastry orders
- Checking quantities against picking slips
- Working efficiently to meet dispatch deadlines
- Maintaining a clean and organised packing area
- Supporting team members to ensure smooth nightly operations
Attention to detail is critical. Accuracy and reliability matter.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Strong attention to detail
2. Ability to work at a fast pace without compromising accuracy
3. Reliability and punctuality
4. Ability to follow systems and instructions carefully
5. Confidence working both independently and within a team
6. A positive, can-do attitude
Experience in food production, warehousing or hospitality is helpful but not essential. We are happy to train reliable, motivated individuals who take pride in their work.
Please note: Employment in this role does not count towards the 88-day requirement for Working Holiday visa extensions.
Shift Details
- Permanent part-time or casual positions available
- Shifts starting at 8pm, finishing approximately 1:00am–3:00am
- Evening and weekend availability required
- Award-based pay rates including night and weekend loadings
- Immediate start available
