About the role

As Centre Director / Nominated Supervisor, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and operation of the centre, while supporting and developing your team. This is a hands-on leadership role in a beautifully designed early learning centre, working closely with a supportive management team to build a positive culture and deliver high-quality outcomes for children and families.

Key responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of educators
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the community
- Oversee compliance with the NQF, NQS, National Law and Regulations
- Lead the centre's QIP and continuous improvement
- Manage staffing, rosters, enrolments, administration, and performance
- Promote a positive, inclusive,



and professional workplace culture
- Support the centre's growth, occupancy, and reputation
- Ensure children's safety, wellbeing, learning, and development remain at the heart of everything we do

About you

- Experienced as a Centre Director, Nominated Supervisor
- Qualified with a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Highly knowledgeable in the NQF, NQS, EYLF, National Law and Regulations
- A confident and supportive leader who knows how to bring out the best in educators
- Strong in compliance, organisation, communication, and relationship building
- Confident managing challenging conversations and performance matters
- Passionate about child safety and high-quality early learning
- Hands-on, organised, approachable, and committed to making a difference
