The Opportunity

We’re urgently looking for Disability Community Support Workers living in the Central Coast area (Chain Valley Bay, Halekulani, Watanobbi ). In this rewarding role, you’ll support elderly clients to live safely and independently in their own homes—while staying connected to their community.

Experience &

Skills Required

- High-care experienced
- Manual handling experienced
- Hoist trained and experienced
- Bowel care &
- Catheter care experienced
- Colostomy care, PEG feeding
- Personal care experienced

What You’ll Be Doing

- Providing social support, companionship, and meaningful engagement
- Assisting with transport, shopping, appointments, and outings
- Delivering personal care with dignity, respect, and compassion
- Supporting with domestic tasks and household duties
- Assisting with meal preparation
- Providing medication prompting and assistance
- Helping maintain a protected, comfortable, and welcoming home environment

What You’ll Get

- Ongoing support from experienced mentors and team leaders
- Paid induction and continuous training
- Regular weekday roster (Monday to Friday)
- Minimum 3-4 days availability required
- Morning &
- Afternoon shifts




- Weekends shifts &
- Night shifts

What We’re Looking For

- Aside from being able to work on morning & afternoon shifts we are also looking for someone that is also willing and can work on NIGHT SHIFTS below: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday &
- Sunday 10pm – 6am Tuesday &
- Friday 6pm – 9pm Wednesday - 815pm - 1030pm
- Caring, empathetic, and reliable individual
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Cert III/IV in Aged Care, Disability, Community (or studying Nursing – highly regarded)
- Disability/Aged Care experience
- Driver’s licence + reliable insured vehicle (essential)
- Current checks (or willingness to obtain): First Aid/CPR, Police Check, NDIS, WWCC
