Are you looking to join a dynamic team where your attention to detail and customer service skills will shine? ORIX is seeking a Novated Tied to Payroll Officer to coordinate and manage novated payments via client payrolls, while delivering exceptional service to our Novated customers.

You will play a key role in supporting active Novated Leases, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing, while being the first point of contact for customers and employers.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Manage salary packaging and tied-to-payroll clients

- Allocate funds received into accounts receivable

- Assist with FBT management for payroll clients

- Process reimbursements for lease-related expenses

- Communicate daily with drivers and employers regarding lease products

- Support team projects, training, and process enhancements

- Handle calls and emails professionally, providing excellent customer service

- Adhere to ORIX policies, procedures, and Code of Conduct

What We’re Looking For





- High attention to detail with strong numeracy skills

- Customer service experience with solid communication (written & verbal)

- Knowledge of novated leases, salary packaging or payroll processing systems

- Strong computer literacy, particularly in Excel

- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships

- Problem-solving skills and lateral thinking
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach
