This is a rare opportunity to lead a skilled multidisciplinary perioperative team while playing a key role in the ongoing development and growth of Surgical Services. Working closely with a supportive executive team, you will have the prospect to influence clinical care, strengthen team capability and drive operational excellence across the service.

As the Perioperative Nurse Unit Manager, you will provide strategic, clinical and operational leadership across the Operating Suite, Day Procedure Unit and Central Sterile Services Department.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide strong clinical, operational and strategic leadership across perioperative services




- Work closely with the executive and broader leadership teams to support the strategic direction of the service
- Manage staffing, workflow, and resource allocation effectively
- Drive a collaborative and respectful team culture
- Support staff development, education, and performance
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with standards

About You

- Current AHPRA registration
- Strong clinical and leadership experience in a peri-operative setting
