Use your clinical experience to help shape the future of healthcare

Medihub is an innovative Australian healthcare business focused on improving how people access support, services and solutions that help them live more independently. We are building a modern healthcare business that combines technology, clinical insight and new ways of thinking to improve the experience for customers, healthcare professionals and the wider community. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our team and bring a strong clinical perspective to the way we operate, communicate and develop new initiatives.

The Role

This is a unique opportunity for an Occupational Therapist looking to move beyond a traditional clinical caseload and apply their experience in a broader healthcare environment. You will work across the business, contributing your clinical knowledge to projects focused on education, customer experience, service improvement and healthcare innovation. The role will suit someone who enjoys thinking beyond individual consultations and is interested in how clinical insight can be used to improve healthcare experiences at scale.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide an Occupational Therapy perspective across key business initiatives
- Help ensure customer and healthcare professional experiences are clinically informed
- Contribute to the development of education, training and support resources
- Translate clinical concepts into clear, practical information
- Support initiatives designed to improve accessibility and independence
- Identify opportunities to improve the way people engage with healthcare services
- Collaborate with commercial, marketing and customer-facing teams

- Contribute to new healthcare projects and strategic initiatives
- Provide clinical guidance and insight where appropriate across the business

About You

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who is curious, commercially aware and interested in applying their experience in a different way. You may currently work in community care, rehabilitation, aged care, disability, private practice, hospital settings or another Occupational Therapy environment.

Ideally, You Will Have

- Qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Strong clinical reasoning and understanding of functional needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence working with a range of stakeholders
- Ability to translate complex clinical information into simple, practical guidance
- Strong problem-solving skills
- An interest in healthcare innovation, technology and service improvement
- A collaborative and adaptable approach

Experience across disability, aged care, rehabilitation, community health or NDIS would be highly regarded, but is not essential.

Why Join Medihub?

Medihub is an ambitious and growing healthcare business looking to challenge traditional ways of working. This role offers the opportunity to step outside a conventional clinical environment while still using the skills and perspective you have developed as an Occupational Therapist.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to projects with broader reach, work alongside different areas of the business and help influence how new healthcare initiatives are designed and delivered. If you are an Occupational Therapist looking for a new challenge and want to apply your clinical experience in a more innovative and commercially energetic environment, we would love to hear from you.
