About the role
We are seeking a motivated Office & Operations Manager to lead and support our business operations across Australia and Recent Zealand, based in Keilor Park in Victoria, Australia. This is a diverse and rewarding role that combines office management, facilities and workplace coordination, ICT support, compliance and business administration, alongside oversight of our warehouse and logistics operations. Reporting to senior management, you will work closely with both local and global stakeholders to ensure the efficient running of our office, facilities, systems, and supply chain activities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the office, ensuring a safe, efficient, and professional workplace environment
- Oversee facilities management, including building maintenance, supplier and contractor relationships, and workplace services
- Coordinate workplace ICT requirements, including end-user support, hardware management, office technology, security processes, and liaison with global IT teams
- Manage workplace health, safety, and compliance activities in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate relationships with external associations, service providers, and industry bodies, including the Australian Seed Federation and other relevant organisations
- Support office budgeting, procurement, and administration activities
- Lead and coordinate office policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee daily warehouse and logistics activities to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Maintain inventory accuracy, stock control, and order fulfilment processes
- Manage inbound and outbound freight activities and service providers
About you
- Demonstrated experience managing facilities,
office services, workplace systems, or business operations
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a continuous improvement mindset
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Leadership capabilities with the ability to engage, coach, and support employees and service providers
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with ERP systems, workplace technologies, and business systems
- A commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence
- Experience supporting ICT coordination, workplace security, or vendor management will be highly regarded
