We are currently hiring for 2 positions.

1. Casual OTDC/Stylist
2. Sales Team Member - High Ticket Closer (Commission Based)

CASUAL OTDC/STYLIST This position will support the delivery of events, including setup, pack-down, and on-the-day coordination. This onsite role is based in Melbourne, VIC with travel to other parts of VIC on a regular basis. Day-to-day responsibilities may include preparing event materials, liaising with suppliers, assisting with venue logistics, and ensuring timelines and run sheets are followed.

The role involves, maintaining inventory of event equipment, and contributing ideas to improve event processes and client experiences. Hours will vary depending on event schedules, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks around event schedules.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients, suppliers, and team members in a qualified manner.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving during event planning and delivery.
- Comfort with physical event work, such as setting up venues, moving equipment, and working on your feet for extended periods.
- Previous experience in events, hospitality,



or customer service is highly regarded but not essential.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by event schedules.

MUST HAVES
- Own Car & valid license
- Melbourne or Geelong Based (some travel required)

- Available weekends

- ABN

- First Aid Cert

- WWCC

- Police Check

- VIC RSA

SALES/HIGH TICKET CLOSER ROLE

This position will support the business in consultation calls. A need to find out more info and follow a base script whilst thinking on the reactive and recommending the perfect package is necessary. Someone who is a persona chameleon. Who can adapt amongst the different clients and make all feel calm and confident in our services. Background in events/weddings a massive bonus. Must be outgoing and open to feedback.
