Operations Coordinator We are seeking a motivated Operations Coordinator to step into an essential role within a fast-paced environment in Tomago NSW. Whether you come from a waste/blue-collar background or are a driven professional eager to learn, this is a fantastic opportunity!

The Details: Start: ASAP Role Type : Contract Opportunity (Potential temp-to-perm)

Location: Tomago (100% Fully Onsite) Pay Rate: $40 per hour + super Work Rights: Full Australian

Working Rights Required Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Flexible start times available) Summary The Operations Coordinator works as part of a team, using data from business systems and customer interactions to plan routes and schedule vehicles and drivers to efficiently service customer sites and maximise waste collection volumes across the market.

The Purpose

The purpose of this role is to plan and schedule vehicles and drivers to maximise waste collection volumes and service efficiency, while creating and maintaining records to ensure regulatory reporting obligations are fulfilled, business systems are kept up to date, and customers are accurately invoiced.

Key Responsibilities: Liaise directly with customers to schedule services, manage site access,



and resolve operational issues promptly. Plan productive routes and schedules to allocate vehicles and drivers, maximizing collection volumes.

Conduct daily driver debriefs and assist with Fault and Fatigue reporting. Respond to customer inquiries to assist with new business and maintain service records. Create and maintain accurate EPA waste tracking records online and generate operational reports.

Build strong working relationships with drivers and internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations. Skills & Experience Required: Background in administration and customer service

Experience working in a blue-collar, fleet, or transport setting is highly regarded. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a team-player attitude. Ability to prioritize and problem-solve in a dynamic, high-demand setting.

Fault and Fatigue reporting or waste industry experience is desirable, but not essential. Apply Now:
