As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a motivated postgraduate qualified to join our Brisbane team, supporting operations, supply chain activities, and business growth.

Role Overview The Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator will support inventory management, logistics, dispatch planning, supplier coordination, procurement, and operational reporting.

Approximately 30–40% of your time will involve making outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing MOVUS solutions, identifying interest, and supporting follow-up conversations with the sales team. You will need to be comfortable picking up the phone, speaking with new people, and handling rejection professionally.

This role is ideal for candidates currently pursuing or recently completing postgraduate study, with 0–2 years of relevant experience.

We are a growing startup, and our team members wear multiple hats. You will need to be willing to move between operational tasks, prospect outreach, and broader business support as priorities change.

This position is fully office-based in Brisbane and requires attendance in the office for all working hours.

Key Responsibilities





Operations & Supply Chain

- Coordinate inventory, stock availability, and dispatch activities for operational hardware and sensors.
- Support logistics, shipment tracking, and supplier coordination.
- Assist with procurement planning, operational reporting, and demand forecasting.
- Maintain operational trackers, documentation, and inventory records.
- Work with engineering, customer success, and field teams to support customer delivery.
- Contribute to process improvements and day-to-day business operations.

Outbound Prospecting — Approximately 30–40% of the Role

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce MOVUS and its solutions.
- Identify prospective customer needs and interest, and coordinate appropriate follow-up with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and follow-up actions.
- Communicate professionally and build rapport with prospective customers.

Working Across the Business

- Take on varied responsibilities as business needs evolve.
- Adapt to changing priorities and help colleagues across functions.
- Take ownership of tasks and follow them through to completion.

Qualifications &

Skills

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering Management,



Logistics, or an MBA with an Operations or Supply Chain focus.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Internship or part-time experience in operations, logistics, warehousing, procurement, or supply chain will be advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and an analytical approach.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence and willingness to make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work across different areas of the business.
- Availability to work full-time from our Brisbane office.
