Sinicare Group is looking for an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our health, beauty and manufacturing businesses.

This is a hands-on coordination role working across sales, purchasing, inventory, production, suppliers and administration. You will work closely with the General Manager and different departments to help ensure tasks, orders and projects are completed efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day operational activities across the business
- Assist with customer orders, purchasing and supplier communication
- Follow up suppliers, deliveries, production schedules and outstanding tasks
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, sales and finance teams
- Assist with inventory and stock management
- Organise freight, couriers and deliveries when required
- Maintain operational spreadsheets, records and internal trackers
- Assist with product samples and new product projects
- Prepare basic reports, documents and correspondence
- Follow up actions from meetings and internal projects
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the General Manager
- Assist with other day-to-day business requirements as needed

About You





We are looking for someone who is:

- Highly organised with solid attention to detail
- Proactive and comfortable following up tasks
- A good communicator
- Able to manage multiple priorities at the same time
- Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and other business systems
- Comfortable working across different departments
- Reliable, practical and willing to take ownership of tasks
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team

Previous experience in operations, administration, supply chain, purchasing, FMCG, manufacturing or a similar coordination role would be advantageous.
