Key responsibilities
- Complete accurate project take-offs
- Coordinate job scheduling
- Conduct regular job inspections
- Oversee general business and operational management
- Manage permits and liaise with councils
- Coordinate communication between clients, trades, suppliers, and the internal team
- Act as an additional point of contact within the business
- Identify issues early and help keep projects on track and within budget
About you
- Highly organised and reliable
- Experienced in operations, construction, plumbing, or project coordination
- Confident completing take-offs and preparing quotes
- Familiar with scheduling, job inspections, permits, and council engagement
- A strong communicator with excellent people skills
- Proactive, practical, and solutions-focused
- Detail-oriented and committed to quality
- Able to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Professional when dealing with clients, contractors, suppliers, and councils
- Comfortable taking initiative and becoming a trusted point of contact
