Tracc Civil is an industry leading civil construction company based in Bibra Lake, delivering high-quality projects across the Perth metropolitan area.

We are seeking motivated Final Trim Loader Operators, Scraper Operators and Excavator Operators to join our team. These roles suit experienced civil construction operators looking for new challenges and opportunities to develop their careers.

Key Requirements

- Current and valid Driver’s Licence and reliable transport (HR Licence highly regarded).
- Construction Induction (White) Card and the relevant Operator Ticket.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in subdivision work or similar civil construction projects.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate plant with due care and work safely around existing underground services.
- Complete pre-start inspections, and report any issues.
- Follow directions from the Leading Hand and/or Site Manager while maintaining safety and quality and environmental procedures.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.

Final Trim Loader Operator

- Operate a final trim loader safely and efficiently to achieve design levels and project specifications.
- Carry out detailed trimming, spreading and finishing works on civil construction projects.
- GPS Machine Control experience (Topcon, Trimble or Leica) highly regarded.

Scraper Operator

- Operate scrapers (Cat 651 and 631) safely and efficiently,



with due care and responsibility.
- Experience operating other earthmoving machinery, such as dozers and/or excavators (Highly Desirable)

Excavator Operator

- Precision operating 1.5T to 50T excavators safely and efficiently, with due care and responsibility.
