QIX Consulting Group is currently identifying experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) specialists for a major enterprise transformation program based in Sydney.

This is a significant Oracle EBS program within a complex enterprise environment, with a strong focus across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Planning, Projects and Technical Delivery.

Experience within Manufacturing, FMCG, Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods, Supply Chain, Distribution or other complex product-based environments will be highly regarded.

We are seeking experienced Oracle EBS professionals across six specialist areas.

Current Opportunities

Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Technical Lead

Lead the technical design and delivery of Oracle EBS solutions across complex enterprise environments.

Your experience may include

- Oracle EBS customisations and extensions
- Systems integrations and interfaces
- Data migration and conversions
- Reporting
- Oracle Forms and Reports
- PL/SQL
- Oracle Workflow
- XML Publisher
- Oracle Application Framework (OAF)
- Technical architecture and design standards
- System upgrades, enhancements and performance optimisation

You will bring strong hands-on Oracle EBS technical expertise together with the ability to provide technical leadership across major transformation or implementation programs. Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Cloud technologies will also be highly regarded.

Oracle E-Business Suite Supply Chain & Procurement Functional Lead

Lead the design, implementation and optimisation of Oracle EBS Supply Chain and Procurement solutions.

Your experience may include

- Procurement
- Sourcing
- Purchasing
- Inventory Management
- Supplier Management
- Order Management
- Warehouse and Distribution processes
- Supply Chain process optimisation
- End-to-end Oracle implementations and transformation programs

We are particularly interested in professionals who understand how Oracle EBS supports complex procurement, inventory and Supply Chain environments. Experience within Manufacturing, FMCG, Distribution or Consumer Goods environments will be highly regarded.

Oracle E-Business Suite Manufacturing & Quality Consultant

Configure, implement and optimise Oracle EBS Manufacturing and Quality solutions supporting complex production environments.

- Production planning and execution
- Manufacturing operations
- Quality Management
- Quality control
- Inventory and materials processes
- Compliance
- Manufacturing process optimisation
- Integration between Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Finance functions

Experience working within Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, FMCG, Consumer Goods, Pharmaceutical, Industrial or other production-based environments will be particularly valuable.

Oracle E-Business Suite Finance Functional Lead

Lead the design, configuration and deployment of Oracle EBS Financials solutions within a complex enterprise transformation environment.

Your Oracle Financials experience may include:

- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management
- Tax
- Subledger Accounting
- Financial reporting
- Finance process optimisation
- Finance transformation

You will ideally have extensive experience delivering Oracle EBS Financials solutions across the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support. Oracle E-Business Suite Advanced Supply Chain Planning Consultant

Implement and optimise Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) solutions within a complex Supply Chain and Manufacturing environment.

- Production and capacity planning
- Inventory optimisation
- Fulfilment planning

- Planning across Manufacturing and Distribution networks

This is a specialist opportunity requiring strong hands-on Oracle planning capability. Experience supporting businesses operating across Manufacturing, FMCG, Supply Chain, Warehousing or Distribution networks will be highly regarded.

Oracle E-Business Suite Projects Functional Consultant

Design, configure and implement Oracle EBS Projects solutions supporting complex project and financial environments.

- Project Costing
- Project Billing
- Project Accounting
- Resource Management
- Project controls
- Financial integration
- Reporting
- End-to-end project lifecycle processes

You will bring solid Oracle Projects functional expertise together with the ability to translate business requirements into practical Oracle EBS solutions.

About You

Depending on your area of specialisation, you will ideally bring:

- Strong commercial experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
- Experience with Oracle EBS R12 / R12.2
- Experience delivering complex Oracle implementations, upgrades, transformations or optimisation programs
- Deep functional or technical expertise within your Oracle EBS specialisation
- Experience working across complex enterprise environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting capability
- The ability to work effectively across business, functional and technology teams
- Strong analytical, documentation and problem-solving skills
- Experience across the full Oracle delivery lifecycle

Previous experience within Manufacturing, FMCG, Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods, Supply Chain, Warehousing or Distribution environments will be highly regarded but is not essential across every position.

The Opportunity

These positions form part of a significant enterprise Oracle EBS transformation program and provide the opportunity to contribute to a substantial long-term engagement.

Location: Sydney

Engagement: Contract

Anticipated Start: 15 October 2026

Anticipated Completion: 31 December 2027
