Ready to get hands-on and help shape the future of change at Teachers Health?
Join Teachers Health as an Organisational Change Analyst, where you'll play a key role in driving the delivery of organisational change initiatives that help our people, teams and business adapt, grow and succeed.
Working closely with our Change Manager, you'll partner with stakeholders across the business to assess impacts, build business readiness and drive the successful adoption of recent ways of working.
About the Role
As our Organisational Change Analyst, you'll help deliver organisational and technology-enabled change initiatives across a diverse portfolio of transformation projects.
This is not a traditional desk-based analyst role. You'll work directly with leaders, project teams and employees to assess impacts, build readiness and enable the successful adoption of new ways of working. From operating model changes and process improvements to enterprise technology implementations, you'll play a hands-on role in helping people navigate change and achieve successful outcomes.
Importantly, you'll also help shape and mature change management at Teachers Health. As we continue to build our change capability and embed consistent, standardised change practices, you'll contribute to developing tools, frameworks and approaches that enable successful change across the organisation.
This 12-month fixed-term full-time chance is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, influencing outcomes and making a tangible impact through change.
