L’Oréal in Melbourne is seeking an inspiring, consumer-centric storyteller who lives fragrance trends to elevate the brand experience across ANZ top doors. The role splits time between in-store coaching, retail activations (80%) and strategic planning (20%).

You’ll upskill retail teams and ambassadors on fragrance ceremonies and Brand DNA, plan and host VIP in-store events to cultivate client loyalty, and drive commercial performance with event budgets and monthly reporting.
