About the Role

As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall performance of the store — from team leadership and operations to visual merchandising and achieving sales targets. You’ll play a key role in representing the Paire brand and bringing our in-store experience to life.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team

- Availability to work weekdays and weekends

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and train the retail team

- Oversee inventory tracking and stock ordering

- Maintain high visual merchandising standards

- Drive sales and achieve store KPIs
