Store Managers
Lead a showroom team, drive performance and create an outstanding experience for every customer.
Coach and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets.
Manage daily store operations.
Support quoting, customer enquiries and job follow-up.
Build a positive, accountable and customer-focused culture.
Flooring Solutions Specialists
Help customers choose the right flooring and guide them from initial enquiry through to installation.
Convert showroom enquiries into sales.
Provide colour, product and practical flooring advice.
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
Deliver strong customer service and achieve sales targets.
Flooring Measure and Quantifier
Attend site to measure and address flooring requirements
Plan carpet and hard floor jobs including extras such as trims
Knowledge of floor preparation requirements a plus but not essential
Adaptable work arrangements – full time/part time/contractor
Storepersons
Keep warehouse operations safe, accurate and efficient while helping our stores and customers receive the right products on time.
Receive, store and prepare flooring products and orders.
Assist with loading, stock movements and warehouse organisation.
Maintain a safe and tidy work environment.
Bring a friendly, practical approach to customers and team members.
What we are looking for A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Good communication, teamwork and attention to detail.
Availability to work weekends where required by the role.
Relevant experience is valued, but attitude and willingness to learn matter most.
