Part Time Assistant Manager

Hook’d on Seafood Morayfield We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to help lead our growing team. This is a hands-on, part-time role (20+ hours) for someone who enjoys a busy service, takes ownership of their shifts and knows how to get the best out of a team.

You’ll work alongside the owners to keep daily operations running smoothly, maintain high standards and deliver against clear performance KPIs. For the right person, there is an opportunity to grow into a Full Time role and then potentially a Store Manager position in the future.

The role

- Lead shifts and support, coach and motivate team members
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues confidently
- Assist with rostering, stock control and ordering
- Manage cash handling and opening and closing procedures
- Maintain food safety, presentation and cleanliness standards
- Monitor KPIs and follow through on operational goals

About you

- Previous management experience in hospitality, fast food or retail




- Confident leading a team in a rapid-paced environment
- Organised, reliable and comfortable taking responsibility
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Full availability across the trading week is essential, including nights and weekends
- RSA, or willingness to obtain one
