The role at a glance

- Part-time: 2–3 days a week, mostly flexible hours with some set meetings
- $3,000–$5,000 a month depending on days worked, plus uncapped commission and an equity option for strong performers
- Open to either an employment or contract arrangement

About the company An early-stage AI company that builds AI agents and delivers AI consulting and training. The founders have built, scaled and sold companies before, and the business already has an established client base. You bring the relationships; they bring the offering, the team to deliver it, and hands-on support on every deal.

What you'll do

This is a build-your-own-pipeline role. You'll:

- Open conversations through your network and turn them into opportunities for the company's AI agents, consulting and training
- Take each chance from first chat to signed deal
- Work with the founders to shape how the company goes to market as it grows

It suits someone who enjoys making the first move (the calls, the follow-ups,



keeping deals moving) and wants their earnings to reflect the results they create.

What you'll bring

- Around 10 years in business development, sales or client-facing roles, ideally in tech, consulting or professional services. Career breaks welcome.
- Industry depth and a network in mid-sized organisations you can start conversations with from day one
- Experience selling services, consulting or advisory work
- A genuine interest in AI and how businesses are using it (no technical background needed)
