About the role The Smile Workx is looking for an enthusiastic clinician to join our friendly and growing team. Depending on your qualifications, experience and scope of practice, your role may include providing high-quality preventive and periodontal care, performing hygiene, maintenance, chindren dentistry and periodontal appointments, and working closely with our dentists to provide comprehensive patient care.

Key responsibilities

- Providing high-quality preventive and periodontal care
- Performing hygiene, maintenance and periodontal appointments
- Educating and motivating patients to improve their oral health
- Providing restorative treatment within your scope of practice
- Taking digital scans, photographs and other clinical records
- Assisting with clear aligner treatment, including digital scans, orthodontic records, clear aligner placement and removal, attachment placement and removal, aligner reviews and adjustments, and monitoring treatment progress
- Supporting clear aligner treatment planning in collaboration with the dentist
- Working closely with our dentists to provide comprehensive patient care
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and high standards of infection control
- Building strong, long-term relationships with our patients

About you

- A qualified Dental Hygienist or Oral Health Therapist




- Current AHPRA registration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for preventive dentistry and patient education
- A warm, caring and patient-focused approach
- A positive and team-oriented attitude
- Interest in developing skills in clear aligners and digital dentistry
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality clinical care
- Current graduates are welcome to apply
