Our client is seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable Part-Time Receptionist to join this busy serviced office environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction, thrives in a skilled setting, and takes pride in providing exceptional service to clients and visitors.

Working Mondays and other casual days as needed/suits you will be the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and guests. Your responsible will be:

- Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Managing meeting room bookings and setup
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries
- Maintaining presentation of reception and common areas
- Providing administrative support to clients and office management
- Assisting with general office duties as required

To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Previous reception,



customer service, or administration experience however not essential as full training will be provided
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A professional and polished presentation
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude

This is an ongoing casual office-based position located at Crows Nest (close to bus & metro routes) every Monday with other casual days as suits.
