About The Role
Northeast Auto - Shepparton is looking for a motivated and professional Parts Interpreter to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and source parts for customers and workshop staff.
- Process parts enquiries, quotations, and sales orders.
- Order, receive and manage stock.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock control records.
- Assist with warehouse and dispatch activities when required.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Work closely with Service and Sales teams to deliver great customer outcomes.
About You

Experienced Parts Interpreters
- Previous experience in automotive, truck, agricultural, construction or heavy vehicle parts.
- Strong technical knowledge and parts identification skills.
- A robust commitment to customer service.
Trainee Applicants
- A genuine interest in the automotive, transport or heavy vehicle industry.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
